# Zaza Bot support

For help with a Zaza Bot account or the web, desktop, or mobile app, email [support@kworx.ai](mailto:support@kworx.ai). Include the email address on the account, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw. Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.

Zaza is in private beta and public registration is closed. Accounts are created by invitation from the Kworx team. To ask for a place, use Request access on [the home page](https://zaza.kworx.ai/).

Send reproducible bugs and feature requests to [support@kworx.ai](mailto:support@kworx.ai). Report vulnerabilities only to [security@kworx.ai](mailto:security@kworx.ai).

Hosted users can permanently delete their account and associated personal Space data from the Account screen in the Zaza Bot app.
