Zaza Bot support

For help with a Zaza Bot account or the web, desktop, or mobile app, email support@kworx.ai. Include the email address on your account, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.

Access and registration

Zaza is in private beta and public registration is closed. Accounts are created by invitation from the Kworx team. To ask for a place, use Request access on the home page.

Security reports

Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@kworx.ai and not through ordinary support. Please do not post them publicly before we have replied.

Account deletion

In the mobile app, open Account, enter your current password under Delete account, and confirm. This permanently deletes the hosted account and its associated personal Space data.
